father's day card

I was just browsing through my pictures and thought I would share this father's day card even if it is a bit old. My dad is a hunter (and a wonderful dad!), so this "build your own deer puzzle" (with quite the rack!) seemed like a fun twist on a card. I simply wrote a note on the wood sheets and tied some baker's twine around the bundle.



I love these little 3-D wood puzzles from Michale's and there are dozens of patterns to choose from. Plus, they are less expensive then an actual card! (Last Valentines I gave chocolate bars and dinosaurs to my guy co-workers ... they liked building tyrannosauruses much better than receiving my valentines!).
