Today my office-mates and I celebrated my 5 year mark at my job. It's amazing to think it's been that long. I have much to be thankful for including, and not limited to: a job during this recession, doing what I love, The World's Greatest Boss (he has the mug to prove it), fantastic "cube-mates," my sister who works 30 ft from me, lifelong friendships made and an extra week of vacation next year. ;)
We celebrated by stuffing ourselves with pancakes at Snooze Eatery.
p.s. I had the Ichabod Crane pancake sprinkled with streusel and topped with pumpkin cream, candied pumpkin seeds, and a chili-spiced Vermont maple syrup. YUM.
