Home-made chocolate muffin
Last week my friend, Bethany, and I found ourselves in Washington when we were supposed to be at Fort Stevens in Oregon. Washington really needs to get a handle on those "Welcome to Washington" signs. ;) These home-made chocolate muffins were just the pick-me-up we needed when we realized we were in the wrong state. Yum!
